My only complaint on this guitar (and the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5) is that the gold plating on the bridge and tailpiece started to wear off after 3 months of daily playing. It's not going anywhere and makes tuning and changing strings a breeze. After dealing with floating bridges on my other jazz guitars, this one is a no muss no fuss affair. Tuners are the same, solid, and uniform ( in that the same amount of tuning tweak for each string AND IT STAYS IN TUNE!.Push pull tabs are crisp, no give or wobble, and are a great added dimension from Sheratons of the past. You might lose a bit of punch when switching to single coil, but that's why G-d invented the volume control. The sound of the Sheraton has lots of good bass and midrange, but you can still get the glassy highs too.
